Terms of Service
Last updated: July 8, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of weddingphotographyfortworth.com and any photography services, consultations, bookings, galleries, albums, and related services provided by Worth Lens LLC. By using the website, submitting an inquiry, booking services, or making a payment, you agree to these terms and any signed photography agreement that applies to your booking.
1. Who we are
Worth Lens LLC provides wedding and engagement photography services. The website explains our coverage options and gives you a way to contact us.
Worth Lens LLC is a photography studio located at 6248 Hollywood Dr, Hollywood, SC 29449, USA. We provide wedding and engagement photography, edited digital galleries, and optional print or album services. The website is intended for adults who are requesting or purchasing photography services. Public coverage is wedding and engagement photography for Fort Worth and nearby celebrations. We do not offer discounts, trials, gift cards, or subscriptions on this website. Published package prices are the current starting amounts in USD, not a limited-time promotion.
2. Website use
Please use the site honestly and lawfully. Do not misuse forms, copy our work, or interfere with the site.
You agree not to use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or disruptive activity. You may not attempt unauthorized access, scrape the website at scale, submit false or misleading inquiries, upload harmful code, copy protected content without permission, or use the website to interfere with our services or the rights of others.
3. Quotes, availability, and bookings
A conversation or quote does not hold your date. Your date is held only when the required agreement and booking payment are completed.
Quotes are based on the information available at the time they are issued and may expire or change if your date, location, timeline, package, travel needs, or requested deliverables change. A date is not reserved until we confirm acceptance, receive the required booking payment, and receive any signed agreement required for the booking.
4. Payments and balances
Booking payments reserve time on our calendar and are applied to your total. Balances must be paid before galleries, albums, or other final deliverables are released.
Payment amounts, due dates, package details, taxes, travel charges, and any add-ons are stated in your quote, invoice, or signed agreement. Booking payments are applied toward the total service price. Unless your signed agreement says otherwise, remaining balances are due before edited galleries, album files, prints, or other final deliverables are released.
Online card checkout is planned through a full-page Stripe-hosted page after you approve a written amount. It is not live on this website today. Do not send card numbers through the contact form or email. We may decline or cancel a booking if payment authorization fails, payment is reversed, a payment is disputed without contacting us first, or required booking information is incomplete.
5. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are written down so everyone knows what happens if plans change. The separate refund policy explains the process in more detail.
Cancellations, rescheduling, non-refundable booking payments, completed work, album or print orders, and any refund eligibility are governed by your signed agreement and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Where a signed agreement conflicts with a website policy, the signed agreement controls for that booking unless applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Delivery and fulfillment
We deliver edited digital galleries and optional albums on the timelines stated in the booking materials. Timelines depend on season, scope, and client selections.
Delivery timelines, preview galleries, full edited galleries, album production, image license terms, and client responsibilities are described in our Delivery and Booking Policy. Digital images are delivered electronically unless another delivery method is agreed in writing. Physical album or print orders may have separate production and shipping timelines.
7. Client responsibilities
You help the photography go smoothly by giving accurate information, a workable timeline, and reasonable access to the people and places we need to photograph.
You are responsible for providing accurate event details, venue rules, timeline information, permits or permissions needed for photography, and reasonable access at the event. We are not responsible for missed coverage caused by inaccurate information, restricted access, unsafe conditions, venue rules, delays outside our control, or unavailable subjects.
8. Image rights and permitted use
We keep copyright in the images. You receive a personal license to download, print, and share your edited images for personal use.
Worth Lens LLC retains copyright and ownership of photographs, edits, selections, website content, branding, and creative materials unless a signed written agreement says otherwise. After final payment and delivery, clients receive a personal, non-exclusive license to download, print, and share delivered edited images for personal use. Commercial use, publication, resale, contests, vendor advertising, or third-party use requires written permission.
9. Portfolio and marketing use
We may use selected images for our portfolio unless you ask otherwise in writing or your agreement says something different.
Unless your signed agreement states otherwise or you make a written privacy request that we accept, Worth Lens LLC may use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, studio samples, competition, editorial, or marketing purposes. We will handle sensitive requests with care, especially for private events, minors, safety concerns, or venue restrictions.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how to make privacy requests.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Privacy Choices pages.
11. Third-party services and links
Some tools we use, such as gallery delivery, payment, email, or print vendors, are operated by other companies with their own terms.
The website or our services may link to or rely on third-party services, including payment, hosting, email, gallery, printing, album, scheduling, live chat, or communication providers. We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, uptime, security, or content. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
12. Disclaimers
We work carefully, but no creative service or website can be guaranteed to be perfect, uninterrupted, or error-free.
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance. Photography involves artistic judgment, changing light, weather, venue restrictions, human behavior, and other factors outside complete control.
13. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worth Lens LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim related to the website or services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different result.
14. Force majeure
If something outside reasonable control prevents performance, we will work in good faith on a fair next step.
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, illness, injury, emergency, venue closure, labor disruption, equipment supply issues, utility failure, government action, civil unrest, transportation disruption, or internet or hosting outages. Remedies are governed by your signed agreement and applicable law.
15. Governing law and disputes
South Carolina law governs these terms. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that this choice of law and forum does not waive any nonwaivable consumer, privacy, or other right that applies to you. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by written notice and reasonable discussion for at least 30 days, unless urgent legal relief is needed.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted on this page.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates apply when posted unless a different effective date is stated. Material booking terms for an existing signed agreement are governed by that agreement unless both parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires a change.
