When the published packages are not the day
Some weddings need a second photographer, extra hours, travel, or an album from the start. That work is priced as a custom quote in USD. You never choose an arbitrary amount, and we never charge a different figure than the one you approved in writing.
How the amount is determined
- Hours of coverage and whether a second photographer is needed.
- Locations, travel, and any rehearsal-dinner or welcome-event coverage.
- Album, print, or rush-delivery requests.
- The published packages remain the starting comparison, not a cap you can ignore.
Written approval
We send a dated quote that lists each line in USD. Coverage is not reserved until you accept that quote in writing and complete the booking payment stated on it.
How a future Stripe charge will match
When Stripe-hosted checkout is live, the payment request will be created from the approved quote record on our side. There is no reusable public checkout for custom work and no field where you type your own total.
